Liva - Rusape Aikida Rules the World

Born: August 12th, 2025 - Rhodesian Ridgeback female:

And here we go. Liva is a female born in our Rusape kennel and is a daughter of Rula. Her father is Cracovia Carbonado Gerdin Longridge (Simba). It was my pleasure to travel to Poland and meet Simba in Krakau before the mating and I am absolutely convinced of his wonderful charakter and his stunning presence. Simba is a very successful show dog.

We are absolutely delighted to have Liva now in our kennel and are very much looking forward what the future might bring for this little lady.

Rula - Wakati Mzuri Q'een Rula Rusape

Born: January 19th, 2023 - Rhodesian Ridgeback female:

Rula was born at Wakati Mzuri Kennel in Lindlar and is a daughter of RRona, Botha's sister. Her father is El-Roy Arte Cassari. He is a very successful show dog and in addition to that has a wonderful character. I was lucky to get to know him at the mating. We are incredibly proud that Rula is now part of the Rusape Kennel and Cheetah will have a playmate to drive the boys crazy ;-).

Cheetah - Jupi-Lis Magnolia Rusape

Born: July 23rd, 2022 - Rhodesian Ridgeback female:

Cheetah was born in Sweden and comes from the mating of Hekla and Sambo. For a long time I wanted to have an offspring from one of our males. My husband's common sense prevailed and so it did not come to that at first.

After our family was brought on board, it was suddenly and very spontaneously decided. We will get a bitch, a daughter of Sambo. So we went to Stockholm and picked up Miss black. And since then, the young lady keeps everyone very busy. Now it is over with the peace in the house. We are very happy that Sambo's daughter has taken over the reign ;-) and we are looking forward to what the future will bring.

Botha - Wakati Mzuri Mabou's Botha
Born: November 10th, 2019 - Rhodesian Ridgeback male:
Botha is our new family member and Sambo quickly became friends with him and daily play units are now on the schedule.
Sambo - Wakati Mzuri Jazua Aike
Born: February 19th, 2016 - Rhodesian Ridgeback male:
Sambo came to us as a nine-week-old puppy. Emil, our Jack Russell Terrier, was nine years old at that time. In the morning, after Sambo's arrival, both dogs have been lying together on a blanket and there has been no problem between them. Emil has made a significant contribution to the education of Sambo. He was the best nanny, educator and is now just his best buddy.
Emil
born June 30th, 2007 - Jack Russell Terrier male:
Our Emil came to us in 2007, as an eight-week-old puppy, and our mixed-breed male Kelhim, who was then eight years old. In addition, Wilma, our cat, also lived with us. After Kelhim had to be euthanized in January 2015 with 16.5 years, Emil was alone - and did not cope well with it. When Sambo came to us in 2016, everything was fine again. Now he has a great, best friend again.
